Description

The Office of Indian Education Programs invites interested responsible parties to submit a proposal to provide janitorial services for Southwestern Indian Polytechnic Institute (SIPI) located in Albuquerque, NM. It is anticipated that a one-year contract with four one-year options will result from this solicitation. This requirement is 100 percent set-aside for Native American Business. All interested parties should submit a request for a copy of the solicitation. This solicitation, RBK0E040001, will be issued to interested offerors on or about December 02, 2003 with proposals due on or about January 05, 2004. The North American Industry classification (NAICS) code for this project is 561720 and the business size maximum is $14.0 million. The contractor shall provide a project manager who shall be responsible for the daily performance of the contract. The negotiation technique to be utilized for the contemplated award of the issued solicitation is Performance Price Trade-Off (PPT). Under PPT past performance will be evaluated. Award will be based on lowest responsive overall acceptable proposal, as submitted by a responsible offeror & ability to provide all the requirements within the solicitation. Pricing will include all charges/fees. Proposals will be submitted in writing and signed by an individual with the authority to bind their respective company. Faxed or telegraph offers will not be accepted.
