*****NOTE: TSA INTENDS TO INCLUDE A PREVAILING WAGE DETERMINATION IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE SERVICE CONTRACT ACT FOR THIS ACQUISITION. THESE SERVICES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED "PROFESSIONAL SERVICES" AS INDICATED IN THE PRE-SOLICITATION CONFERENCE AND SUBSEQUENT MEETING MINUTES.***** The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) seeks qualified firm(s) to provide telephone, email and written correspondence support services for the TSA Contact Center (TCC). The TCC fields and responds to inquiries from the public regarding TSA-related issues. This is anticipated to be a performance-based fixed price + award fee single-award contract. The solicitation will be issued on November 13, 2003 with a closing date of December 15, 2003 at 12:00 Noon (Eastern Time). No e-mail or faxed proposals will be accepted. Questions posed in response to the RFQ MUST be received in writing (via fax or email) by 12:00 Noon (Eastern Time) on December 5, 2003 with NO EXCEPTIONS. Responses to this pre-solicitation notice may be submitted via email to mike.derrios@dhs.gov, or facsimile to (571) 227-2913 or (571) 227-1948. Requests for a copy of the solicitation are due by 5:00 PM, (Eastern Time), Wednesday, November 12, 2003. ***THERE WILL BE A PRE-SOLICITATION CONFERENCE AT 11:00 A.M.
