Description

SATANTA SHOP REMODEL located in Haskell County, KS. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials and supplies to remodel an existing 70x40 foot shop building. The Government Price Range is $100,000 to $250,000. Period of performance shall be 150 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bonds will be required as follows: Bid Guarantee 20% of the offered price, Payment and Performance Bonds 100% of the contract price. This requirement is 100% set-aside for HUBZone. THIS SOLICITATION IS IN ELECTRONIC FORMAT ONLY. Contractors will be required to print the bidding documents for submission of their offer at the place designated for receipt of offers for a public bid opening. The solicitation documents will be posted on or about December 4, 2004. Effective October 1, 2003, contractors must be registered or have updated their registration at the Central Contractor Registration website at www.ccr.gov. This registration is necessary to receive notification of maendments, contract award and will facilitate payments.
