NOTICE OF INTENT: 73 NEWS SYNDICATES Contact: Adreina F. Bennett, Code 0217AB, Telephone (843) 218-5958; Fax (843) 218-4762; Contracting Officer, Lisa L. Rosenbaum, Telephone (843) 218-5982; Fax (843) 218-5963 Description: Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Charleston, intends to negotiate, on a sole-source basis, with Press Association, Inc., Information Services, 50 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, NY 10020-1605 for Associated Press Wire Services to include AP MegaStream (50 State Report); AP DataStream AAA (Premier National Report); and AP WorldStream (International News). License for up to 150 Transportation Security Administration (TSA) users with a five-year length of archive and 50 users will have access to AP material via InfoView will be provided. In addition, Press Association, Inc., will provide AP Wire Capture Software. A Fixed Price (FFP) Commercial type contract is anticipated. The effort includes a base year and four option years. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. The applicable NAICS Code is 519110 and FSC Code 7383 applies.
