Description

The U.S. Geological Survey has a requirement for regularly scheduled daily passenger shuttle service and on-call passenger shuttle service within the Washington Metropolitan area. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, supervision, and other items and services necessary to meet the requirement. The Government anticipates awarding a single contract with one base year and four one-year option periods. The proposed contract is a 100% small business setaside. RFP 04HQSS0001will only be made available electronically at http://www.fedbizopps.gov and www.nbc.gov on or about November 26, 2003. The Government intends to acquire these services using the procedures outlined in FAR Part 12--Acquisition of Commercial Items. All responsible offerors that are currently registered in the Central Contractor Registration at www.ccr.gov may submit an offer which will be considered by the agency. See Numbered Note 1.
