Description

Solicitation/Title: FA8601-04-T-00013, PI-MAX 512HQ Digital Camera System The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(i). The proposed source is Roper Scientific, Trenton NJ 08619. The item being procured is one each PI-MAX 512HQ Digital Camera System with the following: a. Part PI-MAX-512HQ-18-GIV b. Part 7361-0003 Thermoelectric Cooled Camera Head c. Part TH7895M Scientific Grade CCD 512 x 512 pixel format, front illuminated Gen 4 image intensifier d. Part 7389-0002 ICCD Max F-Mount Adapter Kit e. Part 4412-0047 Windows Based Acquisition Software f. Part 7389-0002 ICCD-MAX F Mount Adapter Kit g. Part 7438-0001 ST133 Camera Controller This synopsis is being published for information purposes only. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotations received within ten (10) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
