- NA This is a notice of intent of the Center For Health Care Contracting (CHCC) Center at Fort Sam Houston, TX to award a delivery order to ViroMED Laboratory Corporation, Minneapolis, MN., to provide HIV-1 testing services for the U.S. Army, U.S. Army Reserve s and U.S. Coast Guard. The performance period will be 1 December 2003 through 30 April 2004. This is a sole source procurement, the CHCC intends to solicit and negotite only with ViroMED under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(1). The NAICS code for thi s procurement is 621511 and the size standard is $11,500,000. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation for offers. ViroMED shall provide for all necessary personnel, equipment and supplies to perform and report HIV-1 initial screeni ng, supplementary and confirmatory testing services.
