- Description
- The U.S. Postal Service is soliciting proposals for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for General Construction (Solicitation No. 052571-04-A-1002) projects at various USPS-owned or leased facilities located in the Van Nuys, CA District which consists of the following counties in California: VENTURA, SANTA BARBARA, SAN LUIS OBISPO, KERN, INYO, MONO, TULARE, KINGS, and A PORTION OF LOS ANGELES, SAN BERNARDINO, FRESNO, AND MONTEREY. Contract term will be two years with three one-year renewal options. The initial contract amount is $250,000 and may be increased in increments of $250,000 to an amount not to exceed $3,000,000. Quantity of work ordered will not be less than $10,000. Offerors are required to submit a single multiplier to be applied to unit prices to determine the value of each work order issued. The multiplier must contain the offeror's overhead, profit, bonds, insurance, and all other contingencies. No allowance for such items will be made after contract award. Multiple contract awards may result from this solicitation. Offers will not be publicly opened. All proposals information will remain confidential until award. The minority sub-contracting goal for this contract(s) will be 11%. The Postal Service does not accept individual sureties.
