Description

The Bureau of the Census is requesting quotations on Veritas Maintenance. An emailed request for the the Product Description and Host ID Serial Number can be sent to pamela.a.miller@census.gov. Maintenace is for the Suitland, MD Headquarters Bldg. The period of performance for the maintenance will be from Date of Award through September 30, 2003. Maintenance should include: Extended Support - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; Basic Support - Regional Business Hours; A toll free support line, problem solving; problem tracking, bug reporting; clarification of documentation; patches and bug fixes and new releases and versions. Interested parties my send in their quotation to this requirement no greater than 15 days from the published date of this announcement.
