Description

This is a combined synopsis solicitation for the delivery and installation of security cameras using the following general equipment items: 2 each cameras, Bosch or equal, 2 each turn/tilt mechanics, 2 each brackets to mount cameras, 2 ea infrared floodlight including power supply, 2 each color monitors including wall brackets, 1 each galvanized pole, 1 each digital recording unit, 2 pair broadcasting system, 1 each video crossbar, 1 each control console and system introduction. The contractor will provide all personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, licenses, transportation, crane, boring, chisel, bluster, touchup, paint work and other items and services necessary for installation of the cameras. The work will be performed at the Defense Reutilization and Marketing Office located at Oberweis, Germany. The project should be completed within 60 days after award. The contract type is firm fixed price. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (i) Price and (ii) Technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement.
