Description

NA The South Dakota Army National Guard (SDARNG) has a requirement for a Networkable, High Speed Copier. Resultant contract shall be for a base period of 6 months, 1 April 2004 ?????? 30 September 2004, with 2 option periods of 12 months each. The copier eq uipment must be installed by 1 April 2004. The Cost Per Copy (CPC) price shall remain the same for the initial contract period and for each option period exercised by the Government. The volume of copies is estimated to be at 1-2 million copies per each 12-month period, with a discount rate for copies made above 2 Million. The Government Guarantees 600,000 copies for the base contract period (6 months) and 1 Million copies for each 12 month option period that is exercised. The contractor is required to have an office located within a 60 mile radius of Rapid City, SD. Any repairs are to be completed within 4 hours. No subcontracting authorized. This acquisition shall be 100% small business set aside. The appropriate NAICS is 561439 (formerly SIC 7334). For NAICS 5614 the applicable small business size standard, including affiliates, is no more than $6M average annual revenue for three previo us years. The solicitation and any amendments will be available at the Website, http://sdguard.ngb.army.mil and then by selecting ??????Contracting??????. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available at this website o/a 10 December 2003. No award shall be made unless the Contracting Officer makes an affirmative determination of responsibility, to include past performance, for the potential contractor. Potential contractor must complete the Central Contractor Registration process prior to award of contract. Tentative IFB solicitation response date is 7 Jan 04.
