Description

NA This proposed procurement is 100% Set Aside for Small Businesses, NAICS code is 237990 with a size standard of $17,000,000.00. Estimated cost of construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Completion no later than forty-five (45) calendar days. Work consists of the maintenance dredging of the Bonum Creek located in Westmoreland County Virginia and the placement of the material in the Potomac River to create an oyster bar. The mound will be covered with shell and then have live spat placed on th e shell. In order to comply with the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996, all contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be considered for award of a Federal contract. The initial registration date expired 31 May 1 998.
