Description

Furnish and install all labor, materials, tools and equipment required to remove and replace vinyl wall covering in courtroom, judge?s chambers and support offices at the Milwaukee Federal Building U.S. Courthouse, 517 E. Wisconsin Ave., Milwaukee, WI 53202. Specifications will be available on or about December 19th, 2003. The subject solicitation includes Sensitive But Unclassified (SBU) building information. For reasons of security and before the release of SBU information, the requestor must complete and sign the attached Document Security Notice to Prospective Bidders/Offerors. In Addition, the requestor must submit the following information: 1) A copy of the company?s business license. 2) The company?s Dunn and Bradstreet Number 3) The company?s Tax identification Number. For those picking up the SBU documents in person, a valid state picture I.D. is required. The signed document security notice and all required documentation shall be submitted to the point of contract cited herein. NO TELEPHONIC or E-MAIL REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED, however, facsimiles will be accepted. After receipt and verification of the preceding information, the requestor will be designated as an authorized authorized user and a copy of the solicitation will be sent to the requester. Please read the notice carefully as it contains additional requirements and information regarding SBU building information.
