Description
SSA-RFQ-04-0102 is amended as follows: 1) The solicitation mandatory requirements Items 15 and 16 are revised to clarify that the requirement is for space only and that the cost of the meals is not included in the acquisition but will be included in the attendees registration fee which is separately paid; 2) The pricing tables and the mandatory requirements are revised to delete the requirement that the meals must be served in an area other than the general session meeting space; 3) Attachment A, Pricing Tables, are revised to add separate lines for pricing for morning breaks and afternoon breaks; and 4) Attachment C, A/V Equipment Requirements, is revised to correct the number of breakout rooms to 15 for both Day 2 and Day 3 and to delete the requirement for the "Banquet Needs" on Day 4 from 7:00 p.m. to midnight. Accordingly, the original solicitation announcement is revised as follows: Mandatory Requirements Item 15) be able to provide space for a seated dinner for 1,500 attendees on July 15th (cost of the dinner is not included in the acquisition but will be included in the attendees registration fee); Item 16) be able to provide space for breakfast on July 15th and 16th for 800 attendees (cost of the breakfasts is not included in the acquisition but will be included in the attendees registration fee); and Item 17) be able to provide space for lunches for 1,000 attendees for July 15th and July 16th Presentations by various speakers will occur during the lunch meals.) Revised Attachment A Pricing Tables and Attachment C A/V Equipment Requirements are also provided. The response date is not changed as a result of this amendment.
