ST. LOUIS, MO 63102. The solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about December 22, 2003. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND TELEPHONE REQUESTS OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Description: - 100% Set-Aside for Small Business; Remove and replace the existing hoist cables, governor cables, compensating cables and tram counter weights in South Tram at the Gateway Arch, Jefferson National Expansion Memorial, 2nd and Walnut Streets, St. Louis, MO 63102. SOLICITATION NUMBER: Q6520040002. The National Park Service requires a firm, fixed-price service contract to furnish all labor, materials, and transportation for removing and replacing tram cables and counter weights. The NAICS Code for this project is 235990 and the small business size standard is $11.5 million. The price range for this contract is between $25,000 and $100,000. Responses will be due January 22, 2004. Responses from Bidders will be accepted at the address listed in the solicitation in hard copy with the manual signature of the authorized company official. Facsimile and electronic offers shall NOT be accepted. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation. The announcement does not constitute the solicitation. End of Announcement.
