- Description
- The Pentagon Renovation Program is currently experiencing a day-for-day slip in schedule for release of the PMO and SPMO solicitations while high-level policy decisions are made. We anticipate issuing the final RFPs some time the week of 8 December, with the Ability to Succeed Volume due within 2 business days after the issue date. The due date for the final proposal volumes will be published with the final RFPs. Pentagon Renovation will be hosting a presolicitation conference for all those who submit the first proposal volume on 15 December 2003. The full details will be provided in the final RFPs. The anticipated location of the conference is near Dulles International Airport. For the information of potential offerors, the following limitations to awards for the PMO and SPMO solicitations are under consideration. The final decision will be published when the final RFPs are released. * The Successful Offeror for the PMO support contract will not be awarded any prime contracts for SPMO or construction efforts and is ineligible for award of major subcontracts for SPMO or construction efforts. * Successful Offerors for SPMO contracts or construction will not be considered for award of a CMS contract, should a separate CMS contact be awarded. * The successful Offeror for a SPMO contract cannot be awarded a construction contract or any major subcontract within that SPMO sector. * The government reserves the right to limit the number of contracts awarded to a single offeror to limit potential performance risk. * Offerors proposing for multiple contract shall tell the government their order of preference for awards. * The government will consider the Offeror's order of preference. However, awards will be made based on the best interests of the government.
