Description: The National Park Service has determined not to award Concession Contract CC-CANY023-04 for providing interpretive backcountry vehicle tours in Canyonlands and Arches National Parks. The prospectus to solicit proposals was issued December 10, 2002. The prospectus stated the National Park Service may increase the number of concession contracts available from the current three concession permits to four concession contracts. Concession Contract CC-CANY023-04 was to be the new fourth contract.
