Description: Provide all labor, material, transportation, equipment, and supervision required to replace North Breakwater at the U.S. Coast Guard Station Ocean City, Ocean City, MD. Work includes the following: Remove existing C18x42.7 galvanized steel channel cap and store during construction for future reinstallation on new steel sheet pile wall; Remove approximately 48 LF of existing FZ-9 steel sheet piling (45 FT long) and dispose of according to federal, state and local regulations; Install 48 LF of new PZ-27 steel sheet piling at location and orientation as shown on drawing; New steel sheet piling shall have the top 12 feet coated with coal tar epoxy as specified; Reinstall existing C18x42.7 galvanized steel channel cap with new hardware as detailed on drawing. Period of performance is 60 DANTP. This procurement is estimated between $25K and $100K. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS is 237990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $28.5M. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by the agency.
