Description: The work shall consist of providing personnel for Lookout services for the detection and reporting of smoke or fires within and adjacent to the Deschutes National Forest, to monitor and forward radio messages, and if requested and required, take, record, and report weather conditions. Minor facilities maintenance may be preformed by the Contractor using Government supplies and equipment. Estimated start work date is May 28, 2004. Solicitation will be uploaded on December 29, 2003. This project is 100% Set-Aside for small business concerns.
