- Description
- The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue solicitation N00024-04-R-4406 for execution planning and accomplishment of the Dry-docking Selected Restricted Availabilities/ Non Dry-docking Selected Restricted Availabilities for certain hull specific DDG 51 Class ships homeported in Norfolk, Virginia and/or Mayport, Florida. The DSRAs/SRAs include execution planning, document preparation, engineering procurement, prefabrication, shipyard production work and any other work necessary to prepare for and accomplish the DSRAs/SRAs. A cost plus award fee contract is contemplated. The Navy intends to exclude the successful offeror of this solicitation from consideration of a contract action resulting from NAVSEA solicitation number N00024-04-R-4407 for DDG 51 Class SRAs. The solicitation will be issued and posted electronically under its solicitation number on 5 January 200 4 at the following web site: http://www.eps.gov. The due date for receipt of proposals is 6 March 2004.
