Description

NA Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and transportation including fuel, power and water (except any materials, utilities or services specified herein to be furnished by the Government)and perform all work in strict accordance with the terms and conditio ns outlined in Pine Bluff Arsenal's Specifications for Field Operation Support Facility (Roving Osprey), Bldg 62-135, dated 08 February 2002, and drawings. The work covered by these specifications will include, but not limited to: Constructing New 30' x 80' Metal Building with all supporting utilities (water, Sanitary Sewer, Electrical with Transformers); New HVAC System; Complete Kitchenette, Bathroom and Fixtures; Lighting Receptacles; Ice Maker; Fire Alarm; etc. F.O.B Destination - Pine Bluff Arsenal, Arkansas 71602-9500, to be issued o/a 30 Dec 03, and closing date 29 Jan 04. This acquisition is being issued under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
