Description

NA This amendment is issued to this solicitation synopsis to incorporate the following changes. 1. The solicitation number is hereby changed from FY5866-04-R-9905 to read W914NS-04-R-0007. 2. The pre-proposal conference scheduled for 11 December 2003 has been cancelled and a new target date has been established for 19 December 2003. The location and time will be provided not later than 12 December 2003. 3. The final solicitation is scheduled for release on 9 or 10 December 2003. The solicitations will be poste d on the coalition provisional authority website on www.rebuilding-iraq.net 4. Submission of financial capability, past performance and organizational team structure originally required for submission on 8 December 2003 is requested to be submitted by 15 D ecember 2003. This incremental submission will be the complete submission on these proposal requirements. The balance of the proposal, i.e.; technical, management and cost, will be due thirty (30) days after the issue of the RFP. 5. All other terms and con ditions remain unchanged or will be as specified in the RFP document.
