Description

NA CONTACT Kenneth Vereb, (732) 532-5589. This is a Market Survey to locate additional sources of supply for a Interface unit, communications, CA-67 A/U: National Stock Number 5895-01-443-5081 Manufacture Part Number CA-67 A/U, and is part of end item G88MSE, Mobile Subscribe Equipment. The only known manufacturer for this equipment is Star Dynamics (CAGE 60468). The government physically does not have in its possession sufficient, accurate or legible data to purchase this part from other than current source. The above item must be able to be fully and successfully integrated into the end item. It is CECOM's intention to award a five (5) year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for subject item, with an initial quantity of 2000 units. CE COM will purchase at least 2000 units per year. The response must include documentation (e.g. test results, form, fit, and function interchangeable down to the repair parts level). Successful supplier will be required to warrant satisfactory performance w hen used for the purpose intended by the government. Units shall be delivered on time. Responses shall contain suitable GSA Schedule Numbers if available and applicable, or Basic Ordering Agreement where applicable. The deadline for response to this notice is 5 January 2004.
