- NA The work consists essentially of performing janitorial services at Burnsville Lake, Burnsville, West Virginia. The approximate time of performance will be for a base period (1 April thru 30 September 2004) with four option periods (1 October 2004 thru 30 December 2008). A pre-bid conference is tentatively scheduled for January 16, 2004, at 10:00 a.m. at Burnsville Lake. This solicitation must be requested by registering on-line at WWW.LRH.USACE.ARMY.MIL/CT. Afterwards, you may download the solicitation a t the aforementioned web site on or about January 2, 2004. This proposed procurement is 100% small business set aside.
