Description: NA Park Custodian (a couple) to provide services at Stockton Lake Project, MO during recreational season. Interested bidders must DOWNLOAD SOLICITATION from web. For information contact: cynthia.a.clark@usace.army.mil or (417) 276-3113. Summary of duties ( not all-inclusive): cleaning shower buildings, campsites, beaches, vault toilets, some mowing and trimming, removing ashes & trash. Schedule is 6 days per week including holidays & weekends. Couple must provide own RV unit (approved motorhome, trailer, e tc.) and reside on-site during season. This is for 2004 base year with one renewal option (2005) which may or may not be exercised AT THE GOVERNMENT'S DISCRETION. Contractor provide supplies and equipment, including but not limited to cleaning supplies & equipment, pressure washer, also toilet paper and trash bags, etc. Important: bidders must DOWNLOAD SOLICITATION - do not attempt to register expecting a paper bid package to be mailed to you. You must download solicitation. If you experience any diffi culties it may be emailed to you.
