Description
This is an open ended solicitation which has the sole function of allowing Manufacturers and Dealers the venue by which they can offer Catalogs, part lists, or other forms of lists for consideration for inclusion to the DOD EMALL The DoD EMALL uses the Internet to allow our worldwide customers to ?shop? via a web page for the commercial products they need. Our military and federal customers may chose to order by Government MILSTRIP requisition or by using the Government purchase credit card. A copy of the DoD EMALL solicitation is available at http://www.dscc.dla.mil/programs/Emall/ . Vendors will post price, part number, item description, and other terms. Customers will order products directly from vendors via EDI or e-mail. PR NO(s): None Applicable NSN(s): All pertinent to DSCC. However, NSNs are not required to tender an offer. Information concerning the types of items involved is found at http://www.supply.dla.mil,/ Customer Handbook/Federal Supply Classes. Noun.: Unknown Size, Dimensions, or Form, Fit or Function: Unknown : Nomenclature: Unknown Two (2) year Indefinite Delivery Type Contract. with four (4) 730 calendar day options. Current PR Quantity: ESTIMATED YEARLY USAGE ITEM = Acquisition for the DOD EMALL functions in an environment known as ?Customer Value Contracting? ? where the actual user determines which items he wants. There are no clear-cut annual estimates. Therefore, it is not ?One NSN ? One Vendor? as is found in most other forms of Acquisition. In fact, items do not need NSNs to be put into DOD EMALL. ITEM Destination(s): VARIOUS DSCC CUSTOMER DESTINATIONS Delivery Schedule: unknown All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The following notes are applicable: None Copies of this solicitation are available at the URL found elsewhere in this information.. This solicitation is not available until 14 days after published in the CBD. Specifications, plans or drawings are NOT available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total shall not exceed __10__ years.
