- 3110-01-407-4289, FPG03319000807, Bearing, Ball, Annular. This is a source controlled, flight safety critical, Critical Safety Item (CSI)to General Electri Co. (99207) P/N 40-85T66P05. The acceptable source is MRC Bearings (38443). See numbered notes 23 & 26. Unrestricted. ABVS applies. FOB Dest., Inspection/Acceptance at Origin with Quality Assurance Provision (QB03). Critical item. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Quantity 172, to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA within 197 DARO or best possible delivery. 100% option to increase quantity is included in the RFP. Solicitation issue date is January 2, 2003.
