Description

The 42d Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, Al intends to award a sole source GSA delivery order to American Management Systems, Inc. 4114 Legato Rd., Fairfax, VA 22033 for 6 months maintenance and enhancement support of the Air Force Officer Accession and Training Schools/Junior Directorate Cyber Campus internet portal and web site, the Cadet and Inventory Management System, and the Headquarters Management System, along with enhancements to include installation of business intelligence products. This will be a firm-fixed price delivery order. The government also will be soliciting a new Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity requirements contract for Information Technology support on the Cyber Campus and related systems with one base year and four option years with a projected award date of 01 July 2004. If there are other businesses which can provide the six months maintenance and enhancements to the current system which requires substantial knowledge of AFOATS/JR business processes, they must respond to this notice before 1500 hours (central time) on 17 Dec 2003. If no responses are received by the above date, a sole source delivery order from American Management Systems, Inc. will be pursued.
