PRON: AX4C0007AX, NSN: 5340-00-176-0903, PN: 114R3623-1, QUANTITY: 282 each with Two 100% Options, applicable to the CH-47 Airframe, with deliveries to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000; Stockton, CA 95296 -0130 and New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. This item is restricted to The Boeing Company, Cage Code 77272 and Ruscomb Tool & Machine Co., Cage Code 07952, because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to main tain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). Production Lead-time with First Article Testing is 28 2 each 240 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 282 each, 160 DACA. Production Lead-time with Article II Clause is 282 each, 200 DACA. Firms that can produce the required item described above are enco uraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitation by accessing the website ww.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.
