- Description
- The Bureau of Land Management, Salt Lake City, Utah, has a requirement for approximately 200 tons of small bales (NTE 130 lbs), of clean alfalfa hay with no rain damage, with a crude protein content of approximately 18- 10%, suitable for horses and burros, free from noxious weeds and foxtails. Hay is to be delivered, offloaded and stacked at the Delta Horse Corrals, Delta Utah. Delivery will be on an as needed basis. Each delivery shall be made within 7 days after notification of need. Contractor shall provide a means to offload and stack the hay. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number for this procurement is 422910. Solicitation packages will be available electronically on or about December 26, 2003. Offers will be due on or about January 16, 2004. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. See Numbered Note 1.
