Description

NA The NETCOM/9th Army Signal Command has a requirement for nonpersonal services for Frame Relay services for the Massachusetts Army National Guard (MAANG). The proposed contract is for a base year with four one-year options. The exchange services provider, certified by the state of Massachusetts shall provide managed commercial communications services for the MAANG, which shall include, as a minimum but not limited to Frame Relay, ISDN BRI Video, Clear Channel dedicated T1 and sub-rate DS3 services at curr ently specified and future Massachusetts Army National Guard sites throughout the state. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered. Sources responding to this requirement must indicate in writing, whether they are a large, smal l, disadvantaged and /or women-owned business. For this acquisition, a concern will be considered small under SIC code 4813 with size standard of 1500 employees ?????? NAICS 517110. This requirement shall be a commercial, fixed price type contract. Sol icitation is anticipated to be released on or about 15 December 2003. All questions related to this notice must be addressed in writing, fax (520) 538-6701 or e-mail to the contract specialist listed below. The Government will conduct a preproposal conferen ce on 15 Jan 2004 The conference will be from 0900-1100 AM (approximately). Offerors planning to attend are required to notify the Contracting Officer listed below, in writing, of all attendees?????? names (not to exceed three per company) prior to 12 J an 2004. Security information and directions will be provided at that time. An e-mail response to the Contracting Officer listed below is acceptable. Questions prior to the conference must be received before 12 Jan 2004. Questions generated as a result of the preproposal conference must be received by 6 Feb 2004.
