Description
NA The Program Manager??????s Office for Light Armored Vehicles is seeking interested sources to redesign four Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs) for the LAV-25 turret. The CCAs, listed below, are of basic configuration and the boards are of a single-layered design: Gun Control Unit, Power Drive: P/N 0004A2205-1 NSN 5998-01-495-6064 Gun Control Unit; Gun Control Logic P/N 0004A2206-1 NSN 5998-01-495-6062 Commanders Display Assembly, Logic A P/N 0004A0140-1 NSN 5998-01-495-4588 Commanders Display Assembly, Logic B P/N 7566139-111 NSN 5998-01-186-6291 This is a sources sought notice only. A solicitation for the redesign effort will be issued at a later date. That effort will include evaluating the feasibility of redesigning the CCAs, providing a detailed schedule for redesign, testing, and development of the Digital Technical Data Package, and a detailed cost estimate and timeline for the completion of this effort. Another task will be to perform all developmental testing to verify form, fit, and function of the redesigned engineered CCAs, and provide evidence of same. Additionally, the redesigned cards must not degrade the current performance of the LAV-25/A1 M242 Gun System. Contractors with the capability of providing this support are asked to contract Mr. Don Kramer, at kramerd@tacom.army.mil Mr. Don Kramer, has a component list for each of the circuit cards. Also, 3 of the 4 circuit cards are available at TACOM for inspec tion only, by appointment. The Logic B is not available.
