- LEASE SPACE TO THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT HUNTINGTON, WEST VIRGINIA The United States General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease space in the Huntington, WV area. GSA is requiring approximately 4,000 square feet of office and related space. GSA is also requiring on-site parking for 5 vehicles. The lease will be a 10-year lease, cancelable after the fifth year. The Lessor will be required to provide all build-out, services, and utilities. All inquiries shall include expected rental rates.
