- NA ENAMEL, LUSTERLESS, COLORS: OLIVE DRAB CHIP NO. 34088 L, AND BLUE CHIP NO. 35109; FIVE U.S. GALLONS EQUAL ONE CAN. CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMANCE REQUIRED. MUST MEET MIL SPEC MIL-E-11195, NOTE: THE REQUIREMENT AT MIL SPEC PARA 3.1 IS EXCLUDED (SUPPLIER WI LL FURNISH CERTIFICATION THAT THE PRODUCT MEETS ALL OTHER REQUIREMENTS). ISSUE DATE IS ON OR ABOUT 30 DEC 2003. PROPOSED CONTRACT IS RESTRICTED TO SMALL BUSINESS FIRMS. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5. 102. Therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing this website, CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as well any amendments thereto. Because of t his, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list.
