Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation N61339-04-T-0005 is issued as a request for quote and incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-17. The solicitation shall be awarded on a sole source basis to The following items are required: CLIN 0001 High Resolution Imagery of San Clemente Island 1 Unit, CLIN 0002 Custom Database 1 Unit, CLIN 0002AA First Database Delivery CLIN 0002AB Second Database Delivery CLIN 0002AB Final Database Delivery CLIN 0003 Visual Database Reviews 2 Units, CLIN 0003AA Preliminary Database Review CLIN 0003AB Final Database Review CLIN 0004 Correlated Maps of San Clemente Island 40 Units, CLIN 0005 Correlated Maps of 29 Palms 20 Units, CLIN 0006 Correlated Maps of Camp Pendleton 20 Units. Delivery shall be made no later than October 31, 2004; acceptance shall be made at destination upon delivery. Delivery shall be made FOB Destination. The following FAR/DFARS provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1(Oct 2003), 52.212-3(Apr 2003), 52.212-4(Oct 2003), 52.212-5(Oct 2003), 52.232-33(Oct 2003), 252.2121-7001(Oct 2003). The DPAS rating for this solicitation is N/A. See Note(s) 22 & 26 (forty-five days is changed to read 15 days).
