PART: U.S. GOVERNMENT SUBPART: MARKET RESEARCH CLASSCOD: A--Research and Development--MARKET SURVEY OFFADD: U.S. Army CECOM, CECOM Acquisition Center, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5008 SUBJECT: Modern TOS signals. DUE 30 January 2004 POC: Mark Conrad 732 427-1959, AMSRED-CER-IW-SI Contracting Officer: Andrew Dellomo 732-532-3569, AMSEL-AC-CC-RT-G DESC: REQUEST FOR INFORMATION. Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorate (I2WD), U.S. Army Communications Command (CECOM), Fort Monmouth, New Jersey, is seeking sources to submit technical descriptions and proposals for potential technologies and el ectronic equipment that can detect, demodulate, and direction find (DF) modern TOS signals. Vehicular mounting and manpack/portable use should be addressed. Requirements are demodulation, direction-finding, and exploitation of several TOS formats. Consideration must be given to RF signal acquisition, processing, co-channel interference and multipath effects mitigation, processing, and analysis of data. All interested parties considering submission of technical information are encouraged to contact the Government Technical Points of Contact Mr. Mark Conrad at (732) 427-1959. Further details at the CLASSIFIED level are available to parties holding appropri ate security clearance. Interested parties should submit product information or a white paper (classified or unclassified) no greater than ten pages in length and should include the following information: 1) Technical description of the proposed subsystem/technologies to include configuration and capabilities 2) Information regarding users and performance of systems currently in use or previously fielded Unclassified documentation may be mailed to US Army RDEC, ATTN: AMSRED- CER-IW-SI (ATTN: Mark Conrad), Building 600, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5211.
