Description

The Naval Medical Logistics Command, 1681 Nelson Street, Frederick, MD 21702-9203, intends to negotiate a Sole Source procurement with Mid-Atlantic Cardiothoracic Surgeons, LTD, 400 West Brambleton Ave., Suite 200, Norfolk, VA 23510-1193. The requirement is to provide services for the Cardio Thoracic Surgeon program at Naval Medical Center, Portsmouth, VA. The services of cardiothoracic surgeons, cardiothoracic anesthesiologists, surgical physician assistants and perfusionists are required. This is a SOLE SOURCE Procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and is not a request for competitive quotes. However, responses received from other responsible businesses prior to close of business on Tuesday, 9 January 2004 will be evaluated. Offerors responding to this notice must provide proof that they can provide the requested services.
