Description
This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for catered meals to be delivered to Southern California Logistics Airport, Victorville, California from 5-30 January 2004. This award will be made on all or none basis. This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR 13 and the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in th is notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotations (RFQ) under W911SA-NTC-002. This request for quotations and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-18. This action is set aside for small business; the NAICS code and applicable size standard is 722320 and $6 Million. A fixed price contract is anticipated for eight line items. CLIN 0001 Quantity 75 EA Provide Catered meals to soldiers at designated site for the period 05 January 2004 through 07 January 2004. 25 meals per day. BREAKFAST: Breakfast is to be served between 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. At a minimum the contractor will p rovide two eggs per person, breakfast meats, potatoes, fruit, juice, toast, coffee and milk. CLIN 0002 Quantity 75 EA Provided Catered Meals to soldiers at a designated site for the period 05 January 2004 through 07 January 2004 25 meals each day. DINNER: Dinner is to be served between 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. At a minimum the contractor will provid e a choice of two hot meats, two vegetables, starches, bread, fruit, drinks, salad and desert. CLIN 0003 Quantity 400 EA Provide Catered meals to soldiers at a designated site for the period 08 ?????? 12 January 2004. 80 meals per day. BREAKFAST: Breakfast is to be served between 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. At a minimum the contractor will provide two eggs per person, breakfast meats, potatoes, fruit, juice, toast, coffee and milk. CLIN 0004 Quantity 400 EA. Provided Catered Meals to soldiers at a designated site for the period 08 - 12 January 2004. 80 meals each day. DINNER: Dinner is to be served between 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. At a minimum the contractor will provide a choice of t wo hot meats, two vegetables, starches, bread, fruit, drinks, salad and desert. CLIN 0005 Quantity 2160 EA Provide Catered meals to soldiers at a designated site for the period 13 - 24 January 2004. 180 meals per day. BREAKFAST: Breakfast is to be served between 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. At a minimum the contractor will provide two egg s per person, breakfast meats, potatoes, fruit, juice, toast, coffee and milk. CLIN 0006 Quantity 2160 EA. Provided Catered Meals to soldiers at a designated site for the period 13 - 24 January 2004. 180 meals each day. CLIN 0008 Quantity 180 EA. Provided Catered Meals to soldiers at a designated site for the period 25 ?????? 30 January 2004. 30 meals per day.DINNER: Dinner is to be served between 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. At a minimum the contractor will provide a choice of two hot meats, two vegetables, starches, bread, fruit, drinks, salad and desert.
