Description: Oil boom services for approximately 12 ships for Naval Station Everett, WA and/or the Port of Seattle. The diameter of the booms shall be 3?, 5? or 8? and per Cost Guard Regulations based on the size of the vessel. Booms required for entire ship and pier. Contractor shall also provide all necessary anchors, fittings etc. Oil boom shall contain small boat gate. Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, equipment and supplies necessary for providing booms to include cleaning and repairing the oil boom. The period of performance will be dated of award through 12 months thereafter. The estimated date of award is March 2004
