Description

The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service's (GSA/PBS), intends to enter into contract with the University of Colorado for research and development of a web portal for the Office of the Chief Architect, Center for Construction and Project Management (PCP), Construction Excellence Peer Program. This procurement action is to obtain an electronic format incorporating and improving data collection and analysis. The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The government will consider any responses received by close of business Tuesday, January 13, 2004. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive negotiation. Inquiries will only be accepted by FAX at (202) 501-3836 or by e-mail.
