Contracting Officer: Jan Matthews, 804-279-5893. Issue Date: 23 Jan 2004, Closing Date: 02Feb 2004. Subject item is non-commercial. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Destination, 83 DARO. Subject RFP is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a Base Year and four (4) Option Years. The RFP estimated annual demand for the base year is 70 each. The estimated annual demand for each option year is 76 each. A Technical Data Package is not available for this NSN and requestors should not submit TDP requests to DSCR-VABA. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
