Description

Furnish flight services fully contractor operated and maintained consisting of three helicopters, MD500D, Bell 206B-3, or equal in support of Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Cadastral Field Surveys throughout Alaska. The helicopters will be used to transport personnel and equipment to various remote survey monuments positions. Contract period for each helicopter is 110 days estimated to begin May 17, 2004. The term of the contract will be one year with options to renew for and additional two years. Certification under 14 CFT and Chapter 135, Air Taxi Operators and Commercial Operators is required.
