R ?PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT OF OMB A-76 STANDARD COMPETITION STUDY ON SBA EEO&CRC/Civil Rights Compliance. NAICS 541611. In accordance with the procedures specified in the revised OMB Circular A-76, dated May 29, 2003, this notification represents the formal public announcement and official start date of the following competitive sourcing study: Government Agency: U.S. Small Business Administration. Agency Component: Office of Equal Employment Opportunity and Civil Rights Compliance (EEO&CRC), Civil Rights Division. Location: SBA Washington DC Headquarters and field locations. Type of Competition: Standard. Activity Being Competed: Civil rights compliance reviews, EEO complaints (disability only), and program reports. Incumbent Service Provider: Government Agency. Number of Gov?t Personnel Performing: Estimated 10 Commercial Activity FTEs. Competitive Sourcing Official: Lewis D. Andrews, Jr., Associate Deputy Administrator for Management and Administration. CSO?s Point of Contact: Robert J. Moffitt, Deputy Associate Deputy Administrator for Office of Management and Administration. Contracting Officer: Billy C. A draft statement of work (SOW) is estimated to be posted in Fedbizopps for public comment on March 1, 2004. Issuance of the final solicitation package is estimated to be April 1, 2004.
