Description

The Presidio Trust, a Federal government corporation, is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to perform Electrical Engineering Services at the Presidio of San Francisco, California. The Presidio is a National Park and a National Historic Landmark District. Scope of services may include, but is not limited to: providing electrical services (planning, design, project and construction management) to support maintenance and improvement of the Presidio electrical distribution system. Proposals will be evaluated based upon the criteria set forth in the Request for Proposals (RFP). The Trust anticipates awarding one or more indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity (cost reimbursement type) contracts with a base term plus option years. RFP will be available approximately January 16, 2004 with proposals due February 5, 2004. DATES ARE TENTATIVE AND SUBJECT TO CHANGE. Qualified small businesses (including small disadvantaged businesses and minority-and women-owned small businesses) are encouraged to respond. The Presidio Trust is a wholly owned federal government corporation and is not subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
