Description: The USDA Forest Service intends to award a negotiated RFP to a certified flat roof contractor for approx. 9.650 sq. ft. area with a mechanically fastened single-ply EP, or equivalent, membrane roof system. Location of project is 180 Canfield Street, Morgantown, WV 26505. NAICS is 235610; size sandard 12 million. This project is is between $100,000 - $250,000. Solicitation will be posted to this website www.eps.gov and is expected to be issued o/a 02/20/04. Those contractors NOT downloading the solicitation from the website MUST request sol in writing and fax request to 610-557-4224 ATTN: P. Pierce. Bonding will be required. This project is not set-aside for small business.
