Description

The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (FWS) intends to award a sole source contract with Water Management Technology, Inc. This award is for the purchase of one Matsusaka Z 100 live fish transfer pump (1 phase power) and Aquascan CPU (115 volt). A determination not to compete this proposed contract has been made pursuant to 41 U.S. C. 253(c)(1), as implemented by 6.302-1(b)(1)(i). This requirement has been justified and approved in accordance with FAR 6.303 and FAR 6.304. THIS NOTICE IS NEITHER A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION NOR A SOLICITATION OF OFFERS. All inquires and concerns must be addressed in writing via the facsimile number stated herein, ATTN: Frances Brown. Responses to this notice must be received by January 29, 2004. If no response is received, an award will be made to Water Management Technology, Inc. Please include your name, point of contact, address, area code, telephone number and facsimile number.
