Description

General Services Administration, Eastern Service Center, Spokane WA intends to issue a Request for Proposal on/about January 26, 2004 to qualified contractors to replace the roof at the U. S. Border Patrol Sector Headquarters, 10710 N. Newport Highway, Spokane WA 99218. Selection process will be a "go-no go", i.e., offerors must demonstrate capability to perform project in accordance with technical requirements package, and have technical qualifications approved by evaluation committee, in order for their offered price to be considered. Cost estimate for this project ranges from $125,000 - $140,000. Solicitation package will be made available only through this website, approx 1/26/04. Packages will not be mailed by Contracting Office.
