Description
REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 8,000 usable square feet of office and related space and 20 on-site parking spaces for Government/employee vehicles in Hilo, Hawaii. Space must be located in an accessible location with close proximity to major roads and highways. Public transportation and additional parking for employees and visitors must be located within 4 blocks of the building. The location must be in a fully serviced class A office building. Access must be provided on a 24 hour basis to both the offices and the parking. LOCATION: The U.S. Government will be evaluating offers with a preference for the following delineated areas within Hilo, Hawaii: NORTH: Kamehameha Avenue, SOUTH: W. Puainako Street, EAST: Railroad Avenue and the airport, WEST: Saddle Road and Komohana Street, offers in other parts of Hilo will ONLY be considered if no suitable location is found within this delineated area AND all other criteria of this solicitation are met. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy within 90 days of lease award. Offers must be outside of the 100 year flood plain and tsunami inundation zone. TERM: The term is for 5 years with 2 years firm, with the Government retaining the right to cancellation priviledges after 2 years with 90 days advance notice.
