Description

SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. The purpose of this notice is to determine if there are an adequate number of small business concerns qualified to propose on the following project. RESPONSE DATE IS DUE BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 14, 2004. NAICS code is 481219, size standard $6.0 million. Project involves furnishing a Type III helicopter for Region 2 exclusive use helicopter services certified in accordance with 14 CFR FAR (Federal Aviation Regulations) Part 27, paragraph 27.143, airworthiness standards normal category rotorcraft, with demonstrated hovering controllability and maneuverability with 17 knot wind from any direction. Availability period is from approximately May 17, 2004 through September 13, 2004 at the Monument Helibase, Monument, Colorado, Pike/San Isabel National Forests. Contract time is base year period (120 days) plus two (2) possible option years (each 120 days possible).
