Description

The U.S. Department of Justice, Justice Management Division?s Real Property Management Services Staff intends to award a sole source fixed-price Purchase Order under the authority of Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items, FAR Part 12- Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 6.302-1(b)(3) Only One Source Reasonably Available to Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc., of Washington, DC. The purpose of this acquisition is to obtain overtime use of specific building utility related HVAC that is beyond the limits established in the building lease agreement. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 531390. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE. Notwithstanding, any firm who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement as stated herein may submit a response, which if received within 15 calendar days of the date of this announcement will be considered. Responses to this posting must be in writing. A determination not to compete the proposed Purchase Order based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
